Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Civil Engineering professional to lead and grow their Civil Engineering team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware individual to take on a key leadership role within a highly respected and growing consultancy.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a wide range of civil engineering projects, working closely with senior management to ensure technical excellence, strong project performance and continued business growth. The role will also involve developing client relationships, supporting business development activities and overseeing project quality, compliance and team performance.

Applicants should have proven experience leading civil engineering design teams within a consultancy environment, along with strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills. A proactive approach, commercial awareness and the ability to manage both projects and people effectively are essential.
