Mainstream Contractor/Consultancy requires a Principal Structural Engineer to join the expanding head office. Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE and must have gained superior design, project and team‑running skills in UK consultancy. They should be technically strong as well as being commercial, working on in‑house on Contractor‑led commissions.
Current workload is extensive and wide in both new‑build and refurbishment sectors (private and public sectors), with project value up to £300million. Many of the projects involve both permanent and temporary work design input, and candidates with skills in both arenas are highly desirable.
Top base salary and extensive benefits (including a £5k car allowance) with a 3-day WFH policy in a well‑established design office working on challenging projects.
