Our client is looking for a Practice Information/BIM Manager to drive ISO 19650 compliance and elevate project delivery across BIM Level 2 projects. This role sits at the heart of digital strategy, quality assurance, and operational efficiency, shaping how information is managed and shared across the practice.
The successful candidate will implement and maintain BIM standards, develop and oversee core documentation such as MIDPs, BEPs, IDPs, and COBie data schedules, and ensure consistency and quality across drawn outputs.
You will lead the development of Revit, CAD, and BIM content, support design teams with training and guidance, and manage the central BIM Technician to streamline workflows and maintain high standards.
This role also champions innovation, integrating industry best practice, emerging tools, and AI into workflows, while ensuring systems align with security protocols and project requirements. Clear communication, strategic insight, and a focus on continual improvement are essential, making this a pivotal position for a digitally driven professional ready to shape practice-wide standards and influence project delivery.
