Our client is seeking an Infrastructure BIM Technician with a focus on below-ground and building services design to join a growing, close-knit and ambitious team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, multi-disciplinary projects across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
The role centres on producing high-quality 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for drainage and MEP services using Revit and AutoCAD, supporting both civil and building services teams. You will play a key part in model coordination, clash detection and quality control, while contributing to the development of BIM standards, libraries and best practice. There is genuine scope to develop design responsibility over time, particularly in areas of technical interest.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience using Revit in a professional environment, a solid understanding of below-ground services and drainage, and a passion for innovative and sustainable design. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
