Up to £78k + car allowance & annual bonus

Our client is a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering engineering, design and surveying expertise across the construction sector. With established offices across the South of England, they are seeking an ambitious Associate Director to join and help lead the expansion of their Structural Engineering team in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded Structural Engineer with strong technical capability, proven client relationship skills and the drive to grow both a team and a regional presence. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high-quality structural projects across sectors including residential, commercial, education, science and manufacturing, while playing a key role in business development and strategic growth.

The role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, develop new client relationships, win and oversee major projects, and mentor a growing team of engineers and technicians. Candidates should be Chartered (MIStructE or MICE), degree qualified, and bring significant consultancy experience delivering structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.
