An opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join a growing infrastructure team delivering major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK. With a strong secured workload, you’ll be involved in highways, substations, transmission & distribution upgrades, and onshore cabling projects that support the energy transition.
The Role
- Civil design across concept, tender, detailed and construction stages
- Highways, access roads, drainage, earthworks and associated infrastructure
- Preparation of designs for planning and statutory approvals
- Coordination with geotechnical, structural, environmental and planning teams
- Acting as a point of contact for design packages and stakeholders
- Applying HSQE principles throughout the project lifecycle
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng / MEng / MSc)
- Experience in infrastructure or highways design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D and drainage software advantageous
- Knowledge of DMRB and sustainable drainage principles
- Full UK driving licence
