Our client is looking for a Practice Information/BIM Manager to drive ISO 19650 compliance and elevate project delivery across BIM Level 2 projects. This role sits at the heart of digital strategy, quality assurance, and operational efficiency, shaping how information is managed and shared across the practice.
The successful candidate will:
- Implement and maintain BIM standards
- Develop and oversee core documentation such as MIDPs, BEPs, IDPs, and COBie data schedules
- Ensure consistency and quality across drawn outputs
- Lead the development of Revit, CAD, and BIM content
- Support design teams with training and guidance
- Manage the central BIM Technician to streamline workflows and maintain high standards
- Champion innovation by integrating industry best practice, emerging tools, and AI into workflows
- Ensure systems align with security protocols and project requirements
