Our client is a prominent name in construction, and they are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to head the Infrastructure team in London. You will represent our client on-site and provide expert support to the project team. As the Engineering Manager, you will serve as the go-to engineering specialist, offering insight and guidance on complex technical matters. You will confidently engage with client teams, ensuring alignment with the project goals. The role also involves producing detailed reports and documentation to support your professional recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively addressing engineering challenges to prevent operational disruptions, ensuring adherence to the quality management system, and implementing necessary project plans.
- Handling critical engineering issues on-site, offering alternative perspectives when needed, and ensuring that the operational team is fully informed and aligned.
- Leading and managing the engineering team to ensure that the skills and expertise match the project's requirements.
- Providing support and development opportunities for engineers, aligning with their personal growth plans.

Requirements:
- Chartered Engineer with a recognized professional body such as ICE, IStructE, or equivalent.
