Senior Structural Engineer Exeter £50k-£55k plus benefits Our client is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with at least five years' UK experience to join their well-established and thriving practice.
This is a busy consultancy with a strong forward workload and a real focus on long-term staff retention, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability, progression, and genuinely interesting work.
Based in Exeter, the role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week working from home.
The practice delivers a wide variety of projects across the Southwest, including Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset, so no two days look the same.
They are passionate about sustainable construction and take pride in delivering thoughtful, well-engineered solutions rather than churning out repetitive schemes.

You will carry out site surveys, produce clear and concise reports, and use your technical judgement to resolve complex structural and construction-related challenges.
A strong understanding of structural behaviour is essential, along with the confidence to manage workloads independently while contributing to the wider success of the team.
You will hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and bring a minimum of five years' UK experience in a consultancy environment.
You'll be comfortable using Tedds, Auto CAD and Quicksoft, hold a valid UK driving licence, and enjoy applying creativity and engineering insight to real-world problems.
In return, you'll work closely with a director who is actively involved in projects, benefit from ongoing professional development and receive full support toward achieving Chartered status.
If you're ready to step into a senior position with real responsibility and long‑term prospects, please send your CV to Graham Ventham at Conrad Consulting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
