Our client, a growing engineering consultancy, is looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join their team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of UK-based experience, including temporary works, who is ready for a fresh challenge.
The Role:
This role involves designing safe, innovative temporary works solutions across a wide range of construction sectors. You\’ll be working on-site and in the office, producing technical drawings, reports, and designs in line with BS 5975 and CDM2015. You\’ll also support project delivery and contribute to planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient and practical temporary works designs.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to inform your solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope and provide proposals.
- Work on multiple projects, ensuring they\’re completed on time and within budget.
- Stay current with industry standards and software tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
