Your Role

  • Lead technical delivery of flood risk management, coastal adaptation, and water resource projects.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Work on Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, SUDS designs, and more.
  • Mentor junior engineers and graduates toward professional qualifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and commercial success.
  • Drive innovation in river restoration, drainage, and sustainable infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

  • Chartered Engineer with ICE, CIWEM, or similar.
  • Strong experience in flood and coast sector design and appraisal.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.

Desirable

  • Client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with NEC PSC contracts and FCERM Appraisal Guidance.
