Are you a Flood Modeller with drainage experience looking to take the next step in your career with a growing and ambitious consultancy? Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a talented engineer to join their established Water and Environmental team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of flood risk, hydraulic modelling, and drainage projects while playing a key role in the growth of a highly regarded consultancy. Working closely with senior management, you will lead and deliver Flood Risk Assessments, hydraulic modelling studies, and sustainable drainage solutions across a variety of sectors.
You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, while developing strong relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a strong consultancy background in flood risk and drainage engineering, with experience using software such as Flood Modeller, TUFLOW, and ideally InfoWorks ICM. You will have a solid understanding of UK flood risk policy, experience preparing Flood Risk Assessments, and the ability to produce clear, high-quality technical reports.
This role offers far more than technical delivery. You'll have the opportunity to manage projects, mentor junior engineers, contribute to business development activities, and further develop your professional and commercial skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
