We are currently seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join our Energy team across any of our UK offices. This is your opportunity to play a central role in delivering a diverse portfolio of impactful projects, working across multiple technical disciplines with clients nationwide. From renewable energy and interconnectors to substations and complex infrastructure schemes, you will be at the heart of projects that directly support the UK’s energy transition.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering complex energy projects across their full lifecycle—from initial planning and budgeting through to execution and closeout. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project journey. You will lead project teams, foster collaboration, and ensure clear and consistent communication across all parties. A key part of your role will be proactively identifying and managing risks, overseeing budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring robust project governance. You will contribute to a wide range of projects, including energy from waste, solar, wind farms, substations, overhead lines, LVAC systems, pump stations, and connection schemes, giving you broad exposure across the sector.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful delivery of projects that are essential to the UK’s evolving energy landscape. Your leadership will ensure that complex programmes are executed efficiently and effectively, helping clients meet both operational and environmental objectives. Through your work, you will help deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to some of the sector’s most pressing challenges, supporting improved efficiency, resilience, and reduced environmental impact. Ultimately, your contribution will help shape the infrastructure needed to enable the UK’s transition to a low-carbon future.
