We're now looking for a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager to join our Technical Assurance and Design Management (TADM) Team. The BIM Manager post is required to develop and manage the BIM and Digital Asset Management activities for the Restoration and Renewal Programme Delivery Authority. They will be responsible for specification scoping, strategy and implementation to drive the development of project level digital design in accordance with Programme standards and provide quality assurance of data deliverables.
The following skills and experience are essential to your success in this role:
- Degree/equivalent qualification (or equivalent-level technical experience) in a related subject of BIM, Surveying, Engineering or similar
- Major construction project or infrastructure programme experience
- Good knowledge of using AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent understanding of established BIM process and toolsets
Salary circa £65,000 per annum. Benefits include:

The Restoration and Renewal Programme is carrying out the tens of thousands of hours of complex building surveys and investigations needed to inform future decisions on the restoration work needed. We have already engaged teams of architects, engineers, project managers and contractors who will shape the future direction of the work. Restoring Parliament is already boosting UK industries, and the restoration will use UK materials wherever possible and create jobs and apprenticeships across the country, from engineering and high-tech design to traditional crafts such as carpentry and stonemasonry.
