Our client is seeking a Chartered structural engineer ready to take the lead on some of the UK's most technically complex civil and structural projects. This is an Associate-level role offering genuine leadership responsibility and the chance to shape landmark projects.
You will act as the technical lead, oversee design teams, coordinate inputs across disciplines, and guide strategic planning of project delivery, resources, and client engagement.
You will also lead bids and proposals, take on formal leadership roles such as CRE, and be introduced to commercial responsibilities including project profitability. Mentoring engineers and developing technical staff will be a key part of your contribution.
