Opportunity to take on a vital role within the Hampshire office of this busy and expanding firm. You will be no.2 to the office lead, focusing on successful civil engineering project delivery, whilst managing the team.
Our client is seeking an Associate Director or Senior Associate Director with extensive civil engineering experience in the UK. You must be Chartered or Incorporated and be seeking a demanding but rewarding role with a high level of responsibility.
Your primary role will be to oversee roads and drainage design projects from concept to completion, so you will have retained your technical skills and should be proficient in relevant software such as Flow, MicroDrainage and PDS. You must have experience working on large residential development schemes and be familiar with related Sectional Agreements.
As the office grows, your role will grow, allowing more business development, if this is something you want to be involved in. Most important, is to relieve the current workload of the civils lead and to take responsibility for the project success of the office.
Excellent salary, car allowance, bonus and hybrid working is on offer - with WFH 2 days a week.
