The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Qualifications Administrator to join our busy Qualifications Team. You will be part of a respected professional body that supports civil engineers worldwide. The Role
As a Qualifications Administrator, you will play a key role in guiding members and prospective members through their journey to professional qualification whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will provide tailored advice, manage application processes, and support the administration of professional reviews and examinations.
This is a hybrid role based in Westminster, with at least one day per week in the office. Occasional travel across the UK (including overnight stays) is required to support in-person interviews and exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and post.
- Validate and process membership and reinstatement applications.
- Maintain accurate records on the ICE database.
- Coordinate online and in-person professional review interviews.
- Support written examination sessions and reviewer briefings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Process member expenses and issue official correspondence.
Key Skills:
- Strong administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and databases.
