Salary: £37,016.66 - £45,572.87 per annum for 37.5 hours per week.

Interview date: Interviews will be held on Tuesday 23 June; please ensure you are available on this date.

About the Role: This post is offered full time on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week (part‑time hours considered). Core hours are 8/8:30 am‑4/4:30 pm. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent and joint assessments of allocated patients and their families.
  • Carry out Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions across palliative care, oncology, neurology, community and elderly care.
  • Maintain high standards of holistic and individualized patient care, embracing the hospice’s vision and values.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients and families to support and build relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Clinical knowledge and confidence to plan, implement and adapt care effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire and collaborate.
  • Experience in palliative, oncological, neurological or community/elderly settings preferred.
