Hospice in Your Home (HiYH) is seeking a Registered Nurse Lead to supervise teams delivering in-home hospice care. You will manage operations, oversee a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure high-quality patient care across a planned rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
Applicants must be a Registered Adult Nurse with post-registration experience, hold a full UK driving licence, and have access to a vehicle. Experience with SystmOne is an advantage.
