The Ark hospice in Barnet is seeking a Supporter Engagement Manager to lead growth in our Public Fundraising team through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns for Individual Giving. The role reports to the Head of Supporter Engagement and works with the Fundraising management team. You will shape cultivation strategies to grow our Cash and Regular Giving supporter base, with a strong emphasis on digital fundraising and cross-team collaboration within the Income Generation.
