The predicted salary is between 32842 - 37036 £ per year.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, supporting and developing a high-performing team to grow income for local hospice care and to secure and steward high-value partnerships. This is a permanent, part-time position of 30 hours per week. Core hours are 8.30am-5pm, but working hours will be arranged to meet business needs. The role requires the successful candidate to use a car and hold a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Line-manage a team of three direct reports, setting direction, coaching and development.
  • Develop and deliver robust pipelines, high-quality proposals and effective partnership engagement plans.
  • Secure and steward strategic, high-value partnerships.
  • Create compelling packages of support aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Monitor income and expenditure, ensuring strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fundraising and a customer/donor-focused environment.
  • Proven line-management skills and the ability to lead a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Strong strategic, partnership development and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Authorized to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
