About the Role: This post is offered full time on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week (part‑time hours considered). Core hours are 8/8:30 am‑4/4:30 pm. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide independent and joint assessments of allocated patients and their families.
- Carry out Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions across palliative care, oncology, neurology, community and elderly care.
- Maintain high standards of holistic and individualized patient care, embracing the hospice’s vision and values.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients and families to support and build relationships.
Qualifications:
- Clinical knowledge and confidence to plan, implement and adapt care effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire and collaborate.
- Experience in palliative, oncological, neurological or community/elderly settings preferred.
