St Catherine’s Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey. The Role
This post is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. At St Catherine’s we offer work from home opportunities; however, this is adaptable depending on business need and regular onsite attendance is required.
About You
Are you a proactive, analytical and highly motivated professional looking for your next challenge in fundraising data and insight? This is a key role, ensuring the CRM database meets the needs of the department, covering user training, data management, process improvement and system improvement. You will work closely with the Fundraising and Partnerships teams to evaluate the success of campaigns and supporter journeys, turning insight into action to help shape fundraising activity and maximise income.
- Help embed data-led decision making across the department
