HOURS: Part time working 22.5 hours per week
SALARY: £16,707.60 to £19,476.60 per annum for 22.5 hours per week, depending on experience (Grade NN4a-c)

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a fun and forward thinking multidisciplinary team involving Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Spiritual Care, Complementary Therapy, Counselling and Social Work.
This is a joint role which will give you the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a team and make a difference for patients and their support network under our care.
You will support and enablepeople to improve the quality of their lives in the ways which are most important to them, and support patients and family members/carers to identify their needs.
You will work across the hospice services including the Inpatient Unit, community settings,and the Wellbeing Centre. The Carer and Welfare Support role covers two distinct areaswhich will require a 50:50 split of the workload. Including early identification of carers and \’hidden carers\’ and advising patients/carers with financial matters.
This post is offered on a part time basis, working 22.5 hours per week. The work pattern is to be agreed however the successful candidate must be able to work Mondays and Thursdays.
