Your exciting new opportunity involves:

  • Converting calls from prospective customers; establishing customer needs and using your expert knowledge to provide the best advice through your recommendation to meet the customers’ requirements.
  • Utilising excellent time management skills to generate quotes, follow up on leads, and communicate with insurers.
  • Demonstrating strong sales closing skills whilst maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Adhering to QA and Regulatory requirements, Company processes & guidelines, and best practice.

Your key skills and experience:

  • Strong track record in a targeted call centre environment.
  • Highly effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Excellent objection handling and sales closing skills.
  • Ability to absorb new and complex information easily.
  • Insurance or financial service sales experience.
