The Role

This role is offered on a bank basis covering ad hoc hours depending on business need, hours between 7.30am - 7.00pm. This position would suit someone who is seeking a flexible working arrangement who has availability across a variety of days and times.

About You

We are seeking a talented, compassionate individual to join our kitchen team. You will be preparing and serving patient suppers, supporting our Chef's in the preparation of patient breakfasts, lunches, staff meals. You will also be setting up the kitchen in readiness for the next morning and catering for small events. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable however full training will be available for the successful candidate.

Senior Catering Assistant role will bring:

  • Preparing patients meal trays and serving beverages
  • Preparing vegetables, fruits and salads
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the Kitchen
  • Assisting with catering for Hospice Events
