Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Associate General Counsel to serve as the primary legal partner supporting ICE's global proprietary exchange data business. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel and operating within the parent company's General Counsel organization, this is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct exposure to the General Counsel, C-suite executives, and SVP-level business leaders. This attorney will lead commercial licensing matters across ICE's exchange data product suite, navigate complex regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions, and play an active role in emerging areas including digital assets and AI-driven legal operations.
