Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + Benefits An established construction services business is seeking a Commercial Operations Administrator to support its Commercial team across UK, Ireland and European operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Administrator, Project Administrator or Coordinator with experience in a construction or project-based environment.
The role will provide structured commercial administration support to Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Operations and Finance teams, helping improve reporting, document control, systems and processes across the business.

Responsibilities
- Provide commercial administration support to QS and Commercial teams.
- Maintain commercial trackers, reports, dashboards and project documentation.
- Assist with weekly and monthly commercial reporting.
- Support document control, contract records, approvals and audit requirements.
- Coordinate information from internal teams and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with system improvements, process updates and implementation projects.
- Maintain Share Point, Teams and commercial filing structures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial administration, project administration or a similar support role.
- Experience within construction, engineering, property or a project environment desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Teams and Share Point.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate confidently with commercial, finance and operational teams.
