Location: South Wales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Enforce health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee quality control, inspections, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in data centre construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working on hyperscale data centre projects is a plus!
  • Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field).
