Project Manager for renowned residential developer who are currently undertaking several residential developments including both housing and multi-storey apartment blocks in North Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Main Contractor / Developer background with understanding of BCAR and BCMS legislation. The successful candidate will represent the client on-site, ensuring quality control, compliance with specifications and drawings, and maintaining an efficient flow of communication between the contractor, design team, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Act as the on-site representative for developer monitoring all construction activities for quality and compliance.
- Oversee the main contractor's performance, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and safety requirements.
- Maintain compliance with BCAR/BCMS regulations, ensuring proper documentation and implementation.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with building regulations, health & safety and company quality standards.
- Monitor progress and anticipate design team information requirements to prevent delays.
- Oversee the handover and snagging process, ensuring that defects are minimised and swiftly addressed before client involvement.
- 10+ years’ experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in residential and apartment construction.
- Strong background with a main contractor / developer, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations / BCMS/BCAR legislation.
