Rathcoole, West Dublin €50,000 - €55,000 + Benefits Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking a Junior Plant Fitter to join their team based in Rathcoole, Dublin.
The successful candidate will be involved in supporting a major infrastructure project at a large-scale operational facility in Greenogue, working with a wide range of construction plant and equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Plant Fitter with 3–4 years’ experience to develop their career within a busy construction environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring plant and machinery is maintained, serviced and operating efficiently to support the successful delivery of ongoing project works.

Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on construction plant and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Ensure plant and machinery is maintained safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Support site teams with plant-related issues and breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience as a Plant Fitter / Mechanical Fitter
- Experience working with construction plant and machinery
