Project Manager (Modular) North Dublin & Kildare €80-€100k + Transport + Benefits package Required for medium sized Main Contractor overseeing Modular Construction Projects in Dublin & Kildare. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage innovative off-site and modular building projects, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of modular construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification • Develop and manage project programmes, timelines, and milestones • Coordinate with design, manufacturing, logistics, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards • Manage project budgets and cost control in coordination with Quantity Surveyors and Procurement Teams • Ensure all modular units comply with Building Control (BCAR) regulations, planning permissions, and quality standards • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and external consultants Key Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally within modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or prefabricated buildings • Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, and Health & Safety (PSDP/PSCS) • Proven ability to manage fast-track modular projects from design through to completion • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar project planning tool Contact (url removed) for more info or call (phone number removed)
