Overview Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join their team on a large-scale residential development.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a proactive leader with excellent technical knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) packages from design through to commissioning and handover.
Coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
Review MEP designs, technical submittals, shop drawings, and specifications.
Lead MEP coordination and progress meetings, recording actions and ensuring follow-up.
Plan upcoming works, produce look-ahead schedules, and ensure labour, materials, and plant are available.
Monitor quality standards through first fix, second fix, and final inspections, ensuring all QA documentation is completed.
Manage RFIs, design changes, technical queries, and value engineering opportunities.
Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of all MEP systems.
