Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 + Benefits A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a new residential development in Limerick City.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a 4/5-storey reinforced concrete residential development comprising approximately 30–50 units, working as part of a high-performing project team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

The

Role: Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will oversee all aspects of site execution, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure the project progresses in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements.

Key

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and site teams.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and wider team.
  • Manage site logistics, sequencing of works, and daily activities.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality control, and environmental compliance.
  • Review technical drawings and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure materials, plant, and resources are effectively managed and available when required.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate site records.
  • Promote a positive safety and quality culture across the project.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering residential construction projects.
  • Strong experience working on multi-storey RC frame developments.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage programmes and drive project delivery.
  • Relevant construction qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar) desirable.
