The Role This is a senior-level position suited to an experienced Project Manager with strong residential delivery experience, ideally in apartment or multi-unit schemes. You will act as the number one on site, managing the Site Manager and wider site team while reporting directly into senior leadership. Unlike a traditional contractor role, this position offers broader exposure to commercial decision-making, design coordination, and overall project strategy within a developer-led structure.
