Salary: €85,000- €100,000 + Benefits A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a new residential development in Limerick City.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 4/5-storey reinforced concrete residential development comprising approximately 30–50 units, from commencement through to completion.

The successful candidate will be the number one on the project, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination, and successful delivery of the development, working closely with the wider senior management team.

Role: As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, programme, and cost.

Key

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from start to finish.
  • Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Review design information, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor performance, and project resources.
  • Chair regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
  • Drive a strong culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement on site.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering residential construction projects.
  • Strong background managing multi-storey RC frame developments.
  • Previous experience acting as Project Manager / lead on projects from inception through to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets and programmes.
