Development of detailed construction schedules for baseline agreement with client.
- Ability to fully resource load schedules and track KPI's.
- Ensuring accuracy and timely updating of construction schedule.
- Track planned versus actual EV progress and formulate the required graphs and metrics for inclusion in the project report.
- Working with construction team members to capture and log any issues via the appropriate change control mechanisms.
- Attending site meetings (internal and client based).
- Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes.
- Productivity tracking of craft labour.
- Spent vs Earned hours.
- Take lead in production/co-ordination in issuing of weekly construction reports.
Relevant 3rd level qualification.
Minimum of 3-5 years post qualification experience (ideally in a M&E contracting environment).
Experience based on utilising Primavera P6 software required.
Site based role working on a standard working week basis or rotation basis.
Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
