A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale housing developments across the Kildare and West Dublin region. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing multiple site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple residential construction projects from inception through to completion
- Manage and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and wider site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety targets
- Monitor project performance and report regularly to senior management
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and commercial departments
- Drive programme delivery and resolve any operational issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within residential construction
- Strong track record delivering large-scale housing or mixed-use developments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with strong programme management ability
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction processes
