A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale housing developments across the Kildare and West Dublin region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business with a strong pipeline of high-quality residential projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing multiple site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple residential construction projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and wider site teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety targets
  • Monitor project performance and report regularly to senior management
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and commercial departments
  • Drive programme delivery and resolve any operational issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within residential construction
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale housing or mixed-use developments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with strong programme management ability
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction processes
