The company genuinely looks after its people, offering longterm regional work, clear progression into management, and the chance to make a real impact onsite safety culture.\\n\\nWhat we’re looking for:\\n• Degree qualified in Health & Safety (or equivalent).\\n• Experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or engineering.\\n• Data centre experience is highly beneficial\\n• Juniors / trainees are considered\\n• Commutable to Slough\\n\\nSalary & Benefits:\\n• £50,000 – £55,000 base salary (DOE)\\n• Company car or car allowance\\n• Strong pension scheme\\n• Longterm regional projects – no constant travel\\n• Real progression opportunities into senior and management roles\\n• Supportive culture where Health & Safety is genuinely valued
