Health & Safety Officer\\nSlough | £50,000 – £60,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Pension\\n\\nThis is an opportunity to join a tier 1 main contractor delivering major data centre projects, where Health & Safety is taken seriously at every level – from the boots on the ground to senior management.\\n\\nAs a Health & Safety Officer, You’ll be joining an experienced, supportive team with a strong track record in largescale engineering and construction projects. The company genuinely looks after its people, offering longterm regional work, clear progression into management, and the chance to make a real impact onsite safety culture.\\n\\nWhat you’ll be doing:\\n• Leading safety initiatives onsite, driving best practices and continual improvement.\\n• Carrying out inspections, risk assessments, and safety inductions.\\n• Investigating incidents and ensuring timely corrective actions.\\n\\nWhat we’re looking for:\\n• Degree qualified in Health & Safety (or equivalent).\\n• Experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or engineering.\\n• Data centre experience is beneficial.\\n• Juniors / Trainees maybe considered\\n\\nSalary & Benefits:\\n• £50,000 – £60,000 base salary (DOE)\\n• Company car or car allowance\\n• Strong pension scheme\\n• Longterm regional projects\\n• Real progression opportunities into senior and management roles
