We specialise in supplying, supervising, and supporting construction and engineering personnel, backed by full logistics, travel, accommodation, and compliance services.
The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced European Business Development Manager to expand ICDS’ footprint across key European markets.
You’ll be instrumental in winning new clients, strengthening partnerships, and securing long-term, profitable contracts within the construction, civil engineering, mechanical & electrical, and industrial sectors.
- What You’ll Do
- Drive business growth across key European markets.
- Identify and win new clients across multiple construction sectors.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships (contractors, developers, project owners).
- Prepare and negotiate tenders, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure top-tier delivery.
- Represent ICDS at industry events and client sites across Europe.
- What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, construction recruitment, engineering, or labour supply.
- Proven track record of winning business across European markets.
- Strong commercial acumen – pricing, tendering, negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
