ICDS is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages on a large-scale residential development. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure safe delivery, on programme, within budget, and to high quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors and consultants.

You will provide leadership across design, procurement and commissioning activities, drive look-ahead planning, manage RFIs and design changes, and maintain QA documentation.
