A leading residential developer is seeking a Site Administrator to support two housing developments in Dungarvan (128 units) and Tramore (37 units). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the site management team across both active projects, ensuring documentation and site records are maintained efficiently. The Role
The Site Administrator will support the site management team with day-to-day administrative duties to ensure efficient project delivery and accurate site documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and project team.
- Maintain and organise site documentation, drawings and records.
- Assist with document control, including distribution and tracking of drawings and revisions.
- Record and track RFIs, site instructions and project correspondence.
- Manage timesheets, site reports and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain records of materials and site logistics.
- Assist with health & safety documentation and site registers.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding documentation and site requirements.
- Ensure project documentation is kept accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator / Document Controller / Construction Administrator role.
- Experience working on construction projects (residential experience desirable).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
- Ability to manage documentation across multiple active sites.
