ICDS Group are currently recruiting for a leading property developer who are currently delivering a landmark commercial development in Dublin City. We are seeking an experienced Development Manager/Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a wide range of high-profile projects, from large-scale new builds to refurbishments, managing all aspects from concept through to completion. You will take ownership of project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder management while ensuring quality and sustainability standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex development projects across all stages, from concept to handover.
- Oversee project planning, design, procurement, and delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including local authorities, utility providers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and maintain a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Degree in Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or Civil/Structural Engineering (Chartered status desirable).
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in delivering large-scale commercial and/or residential construction projects.
- Proficiency in managing capital expenditure budgets and construction contracts.
- Knowledge of Irish construction and planning regulations, with experience in sustainability best practices.
