The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Transmission & Distribution Contracts Manager (CSA Engineering) to oversee the successful delivery of major renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Working closely with senior leadership and project teams, you will manage project delivery, site operations, budgets, programme schedules, quality, and health & safety across multiple projects where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Operations Director and Division Director
- Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and H&S performance
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Oversee delivery of renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects
- Support tendering, commercial reviews, and new business development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar construction or contracts management role
- Proven experience delivering renewable energy projects including:
- Wind and solar developments
- 38kV, 110kV & 220kV substations
- BESS and grid connection projects
- Groundworks, excavations, road openings, and utility coordination
- Strong technical understanding of energy infrastructure projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Revit experience desirable
