Required for medium-sized contractor who are undertaking a large educational project in Harold's Cross, Dublin 6.
Role- Carry out construction inspections to verify BCAR/ Works requirements including:
- concrete pre/post pour checks
- verifying drainage compliance with drawings
- checking blockwork mortar joints are consistent
- verify wall ties compliance
- radon membrane / DPC continuity checks
- fire stopping/ fire resistance construction checks
- air tightness membrane checks
- first fix review of services and check fire-stopping of penetrations
- insulation checks/cold bridging
