Our client is a leading main contractor (t/o circa £400m) who operates throughout the UK and Ireland overseeing major new build and refurb/re-fit projects in the Residential, Commercial, Hotel, and Mixed-use sectors.

They are looking to recruit a high-caliber Senior Site Manager to oversee a major cut & carve project (£40m) in West London, which will consist of structural alterations to existing offices, plus new floors and façade replacement.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5-10 years Site Management experience with Main Contractors
- Previous experience of “Cut & Carve” projects would be a distinct advantage
- Trades or Technical background will be considered
- Relevant industry qualifications
This will be permanent employment, with the contract scheduled for approximately 18 months.
