A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Health & Safety Senior Advisor for a major data centre project in Newport. This is a boots-on-the-ground role - you’ll be out on site, not behind a desk, so we’re looking for someone confident in driving standards and engaging with teams directly.

What’s needed:

  • Strong track record on large-scale construction projects
  • Data centre experience beneficial (not essential)
  • Hands-on approach to H&S with excellent site presence

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting project teams with H&S strategy and compliance
  • Maintaining and promoting best practice on site
  • Driving a positive safety culture day-to-day

Package / Rates:

  • Dayrate: £400 - £450 DOE
  • Or permanent: £80,000 + car allowance + bonus + package
