Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experiencedQuantity Surveyorto join our team at a leadingRC Frame & Concretecontractor. This is a great opportunity to work on high-value projects, ensuring cost efficiency and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost control, valuations, and variations forRC Frame & concrete projects.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, claims, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure financial control.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement value engineering strategies.
• Monitor budgets, track project costs, and ensure contractual compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as aQuantity SurveyorinRC Frame & Concrete.
• Strong understanding of NEC & JCT contracts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
