Our client is a leading main contractor who operates across the UK, Ireland, and Europe within the high-end residential, commercial, mixed-use, education, healthcare, industrial, hotel, and leisure sectors.
They have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager to oversee a £40m residential new build in East London.
The candidate:
- A minimum of 5-10 years Project Management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale Residential construction projects (to £50M)
- Stable career history with Main Contractors and/or Developers
- 3rd level qualification
