Role Overview: A Quantity Surveyor is required to join an Irish property developer currently working on new build housing and apartment projects in Ireland, Portugal, and the UK. You will oversee new build developments with high-quality finishes, taking full responsibility for managing all commercial aspects of major new build villas and ensuring the effective delivery and reporting of all financial requirements of the projects.
Experience: 3-5+ years' experience, preferably with a property developer or main contractor in the building industry.
Requirements: Must hold an EU passport to visit sites in Portugal and Ireland. This is a permanent role.
